Food & Beverage Level 1

Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to obtain fundamental abilities and sound understanding in the art of Food and Beverage Service, which leads and ensures that learners are 100% employable and gives trust to operate efficiently in international standard hotels during their period of work as well as to begin their careers as far as Food and Beverage. Course duration 390 hours.

The SOP Friendly Course (Standard Operating Procedure) involves subjects such as hot and cold beverage service, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea service as well as F&B organization, basic F&B Service etiquette and sequence, and types of equipment combined with mandatory occupational health and safety, Hospitality English and basic ways.
